Effective October 5, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Fabulary, a single-player puzzle game for iOS that runs entirely on your device, with no accounts, no advertising and no paid purchases.
These terms take effect the first time you open Fabulary, and continuing to play means you agree to them. If they do not suit you, please remove the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play Fabulary for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you obtained it from.
Thaums and the talismans in the Satchel are earned only by playing. They are never sold in the app, have no real-world value, and cannot be traded, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the game. They live on your device with the rest of your bestiary, so they are gone if you delete the app or begin a fresh book.
Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or tamper with the app or its saved data, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
Fabulary, including its beasts, artwork, writing, music, sound and code, belongs to its developer. This license lets you play the game but does not transfer any ownership to you.
Fabulary is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Fabulary, including the loss of saved progress.
Fabulary is a gentle, family-friendly game for general audiences.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the effective date above will change when they are. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can go to Fabulary's developer, Kaidanov Gregory, at mail@bastpast.site.
